David Harradine

David Harradine is a highly-skilled, dedicated and empathetic lawyer with extensive experience in the legal system.

David’s passion for criminal defence was amplified during his employment in Community Corrections where he saw first-hand the uncertainty and trauma experienced by defendants facing injustice, especially those from low socio-economic situations with limited legal representation.

In that capacity, he took it upon himself to assist defendants to navigate the system, formulate plans to help overcome the disadvantage of facing the state and its virtually unlimited resources and put families and individuals in contact with experienced, specialist defence lawyers with the ability to achieve positive results,

David also worked in the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal where he developed expertise in various administrative proceedings which often arise from criminal proceedings including Firearms Licences, Working With Children Check clearances a Government Information (Public Access) Act (‘GIPA’ or ‘Freedom of Information’) refusals.

David undertook his practical legal training with our law firm in 2013 and was admitted as a lawyer in 2014.
