6A Unauthorised entry of vehicle or boat

A person must not, without reasonable excuse (proof of which lies on the person), enter any vehicle or boat in a public place without the consent of the owner or lawful occupier of the vehicle or boat.

Maximum penalty: 4 penalty units.
