Fact Check

updated on

The internet has become rife with inaccurate and misleading information, including that which relates to the law and legal issues.

Misinformation can result from an inadequate understanding of the law, while sadly disinformation is designed to further a commercial or political agenda.

Relying on inaccurate or misleading information can have significant consequences, potentially leading to poor decisions that can adversely affect a person’s future.

It is therefore important to ensure that material published on a website is credible, accurate and reliable, enabling users to make informed decisions.

Our fact checking process

All pages on our website that relate to the law and legal processes are drafted by experienced criminal defence lawyers.

All draft pages are then forwarded to our experienced criminal defence team for suggesting and editing, before a final page is ultimately published on our site.

This process ensures the information is accurate, up-to-date and sufficiently comprehensive to enable users to make important decisions regarding their specific situations.

All articles on our website are drafted by lawyers or writers who are vastly experienced in creating well-sourced, high-quality content.

Each article is reviewed and, if necessary, edited by experienced criminal defence lawyers to ensure its accuracy and reliability.

This process results in content that is free of misinformation and disinformation, and upon which users can have confidence.
